At least not where I'm playing, anyway.  Sigh. Guess everyone is in Moria. So it would be nice if Turbine removed all those pesky group quests I have to do....

What time was it when you took the picture?  And isn't each zone broken up into much smaller zones? so eastern whatever is only a small portion of angmar and won't show anyone in western?

I haven't had trouble finding a group, even late at night on my server :\.

Im playing on the european server called snowbourn and it is always populated. As I'm waiting for my studies to begin, I'm often playing LOTRO from the morning till late night, and the only places which aren't very populated are the starting areas.

Of course no one plays as anonymous lol  :)

maybe it is because you have it filterd to Eastern Malenhad only...one small area of Angmar.

on top of that, maybe no one else has the anonymous box unticked. Maybe they don't want a blind party/guild invite.
