It's a Radeon 3870 with the latest drivers.

client world sync problem, logging out  and rebooting the computer should help. Lineage 2 had the same issues for some cards and driver combination,. The video is not syncing properly to the client. Seen it before, just need to roll back drivers or update the drivers. Saying it isn't the drivers, won't fix your problem.

PS:  The ONLY other game that did anything like this on this card was one of the DLC's for Fallout 3.  One which, within days, they did a patch for that fixed it.  Here we have a 2 year old game...
