But seriously, it happened when I disabled UI, then opened big map, and rotated my view - big version of map was turning with me! Then I swtiched to minimap in the corner again, and it turned withe me as well.

This was happening until I switched on UI again, then it got to normal. Pretty strange UI quirk. Maybe it happened only becuse of custom Ui, or maybe not.
