Dragon lady wearing the achievement reward T-Shirt which you earn by doing all 5 parts of the "Last Train to Cairo" mission which was released Thursday/Sunday in the Issue 6 content patch for Secret World.

 

(( You can earn tokens to buy other pieces of the "Indiana Jones" outfit by replaying the missions ; and you are rewarded by a Bull Whip aux weapon for doing the story line missions, as well ))
