Then theres seriously something wrong with your PC then astro. I use to play this game fine on a old AMD Dual Core, 2gig of ram, and a Geforce 7900.

 Lol astroboy, I had about the same system and played VG at ultramax settings 1920*1200 and had most of the time 40-60fps.

Hold on dillinger. Why do you presume its wrong with my PC when this game is known to be a chunky mess?  Ive tried really hard to get this game to work as a modern game is supposed to work and  with no sucess (and thats  becuse I hold VG as one of the better mmos out).

The diffrent things Ive tried to get this game to work, with no hellish fps drops, before I gave up follows (1920x1200, max settings);

OS; xp sp 1-2-3,  vista sp1)

CPu: phenom x4@3 Ghz, i7@4 GHz (HT off), i7 with only one core@4.2 Ghz

hdd; Intel ssd g2, raid0; 7.2k, single 5.2k, 10k  (raptor)

graphic cards: 4870x2, 4870x3, 4870x1, 4850x1, 4850x2.

Drivers: Catalyst from 8:10 to 9:3

Soundcard; no sound, Asus d2x xonar, modded sound drivers

And ive sadly not gotten good fps in a empty main hub (as NT) or when I quest in a dungeon with some guildies. When I can play Lotro, Fallen Earth, Crysis dx9, Stalker CS dx10 with no problem.

Glad to hear that you could play the game  with your setup....

Good fps for me is when it lies at 50-60 with no drops and no micro shutterings.

And glad to hear that glorious100. But  dont act like a random internet turd by laughing at a random persons problem. That makes you look quite silly, and I believe you of all dont want to be seen like that.
