They adjusted the way stats work with Cat, which is why you see the insane health numbers. The 100k + health may seem like alot compared to Wrath, but dungeon mobs also hit for around 10k + damage now and bosses can easily remove half your health in a single hit.

With Cata most level 85 in descent gears will have around 100k hp, tanks around 150k.
