Worst come to worst, No Real Money is made out of the utilisation / depictation of Said Caracter or Brand.

Therefore it could be seen as Propaganda / Free Advertising For the Compagny Being Used.

Marvel was the company that got butthurt about their characters being made. Its really just their retarded lawyers that go around doing crap like that just so they prove they're usefulness and try to jusitify their bloated paychecks.

The same thing with any company. Monster Energy lawyers went around to myspace and bog layout sites telling the site owners to remove layouts with monster energy drink on them. Whats the point? Its free advertising and they arent selling the layouts. Its just a bunch of monkeys suits.
