Korean grindfest? we are playing NA version and i don't see any gold farmers. I reached lvl 20 in two days of casual gaming... LOTR is more grindfest compared to AION.

No they are not... once again your prove you know nothing. i have played Lineage and no way in hell you can level to lvl 20 in two days playing just casual.

Really? can you hit lvl cap in Lineage in 3 weeks? you can do so in AION playing casual? and you would be the first person to do it in 9 hours... liers pants on fire.

Solareaus you conradict yourself a lot. If you can level 1 to 20 in 9 hours how is Lienage a grindfest? and how can you compare AiON to lienage and label it as a grindfest? do you even make sense anymore?

The 1-20 is what I call the "sucker" levels. weee this is easy woohoo there is no grind... level 25 /slam brick wall , from 25 to 40 your looking at nothing but 5 to 6 months of hardcore grind, and that isn't even level cap for L2.

You want to continue your Aion is good bull shit, that is fine, but once release comes , the posts will flood in stating what I already knew as soon as I spawned in the world :D

LotrO , I get a nicely paced game, with tons of content  outside of the main story arch that I am not doing the same quests 2 times to get levels. LotrO has 5 distinctive race starting locales after the tutorial area, as well as many layers of leveling from traits, deeds, your character . crafting and your weapon (once you reach level 50+)

Aion has 2 races, big empty voids wher eyou fight in and a world that is smalleer then any mmorpg ever made.

You keep going in circles and never care to answer my questions. Lienage was a grindfest from lvl 1 since the day of release. Even now you need to spend good 6 months to hit lvl cap. No casual gamer can hit lvl cap in 3 weeks but same could be done in AION.

So i come back to my original question. How can you compare Liengae to Aion? you calling it grindfest when for a FACT its not. I am giving info from my own game experince as i have 2 max lvl characters in Chinese version and i have been playing only for 4 weeks. And no one iscomparing LOTR to AION, they are two different games.

LotrO has massive ammounts of grinding to do after your level 60, and it is quite enjoyable. What is there to do in Aion once you reach max level , besides wait for your carrot.

Aion - Wolf grinder in Sheeps clothing, player base will shrink as sooon as the quest line stops and they are expected to grind mobs for months on end.

With LotrO , you can reach the end, and enjoy it, everything  once xp'd up, is done. There is never a time where we are "almost" max level and they raise the level cap. Think LotrO is one of the few games with a majority of the player base IS maxed out.

One of my favorite lotro screens. it shows green hills that is screaming to explore... wish other mmo´s could show us that. *caughtnotation caugh*

@astrob0y You can explore in LOTRO? LOL The screenshot looks very nice, but most of the backgrounds are just backgrounds, no way you can reach them.

Actually you are wrong. In that screen top you can pretty much reach other hills. the furthest point out would be of just beyond Woodhall. Here on the map http://dynmap.ruslotro.com/#The%20Shire , look for the location "The Hill" , the camera angle is facing south east.

I have just started LOTRO (level 25 now). And am loving it. I have played 90% of games out there (excluding all the free asian stuff) and have been playing since meridian 59/Ultima Online era. EQ2 and LOTRO are hands down the 2 best games running at this time. Both have their merits and drawbacks. But compared to WoW, Aion, or the other kiddy games out there they sure shine brightly (IMHO).
