The only other game that went down that I loved was AC2.  Many didn't care for it, but I loved it.

No, you make a good point. VG never got the attention it needed and when SoE got their hands on it they did little to improve or advertise it.

There have been more than a handful of games that came and went (or are going) with VG it's no longer a question of "if" but "when".
