It's "not" completely unreadable, it's just displayed at 15% of it's original size. If you select view full size you can read it just fine and it's flip'n huge.

 

Anyways thanks for the upload I have never seen the EVE skills displayed in such a way. Surprisingly it actually made the skills seem less complex, eh just might return to EVE while waiting for some of the new titles to release.
