Yes Dolmong you can, this is actualy a small type player house.

houses in AA are much smaller then the small swg ones , kinda like a single rori small type 1 house room (the round rori house had 2 rooms)

basicly you can see the diference between AA npc and player houses by the little statue's , players always trow those in the room (are defeated boss type monster loot)  NPC housing do  not seem to use those much.
