The funny part is even havign said that the graphics in that SS look better than a lot of MMOs on the market... wait for it!

I don't play with AA on as it kills my FPS, but I don't play with AA on a lot of games, including WoW, so that really doesn't affect my any comparisons in my mind.

And to be honest, that's not the worst possible screenshot I could find.  I didn't go searching for a terrible place to take a screenshot, rather I took it while trudging through the quest chain.  You can find some beautiful areas in Rift, as your screenshots illustrate, but I feel that those shots dont' really represent actual gameplay, as in my experience, I've ran across areas that remind me more of this screenshot than any of yours or the latest screenshot that I personally posted.

In response to your first post it's clear that turning it up on high makes very little difference.
