All your toons are guardians?

I don't play lol  I was trying to find endgame gear for Guards in AOC

none of those are t1/t2 sets, unless they remade them.. but i doubt as they dont look as good imho, ( been almost a year since i played tho )

So they actually have armor sets? Thats cool!

I like the Greek/Roman look of this armor, but seriously Funcom, put some freaking shoulder pads in the game. It wouldn't kill you, but it WOULD make the armor look at least 20% cooler. Imagine the layered plate-style shoulder armor of the lorica segmentata, the Roman legionnaire's armor.

thats actually a conquer set if I'm not mistaken, its been a while. its a blue heavy set, guardians are best of with full plate.

oh but the skirt looks like crafted full plate.

thats around how t1/t2 looks , i think both set at release had same or almost same looks, dunno about now

I find it very weird that almost every armor in Age of Conan has you wearing a short kilt with some tight caprish looking shorts undearneath. Now I have studied Roman history and even watched several Roamn esq movies, and never really saw this type of armor represented unless they were in-house drinking at a pub. The armor they wore in these days was so heavy and obtuse that you could barely wear it for more than an hour or two at a time. Yet these pictures look like a bunch of sissys wearing the womens armor set. Very odd.
