The variety of textures and different materials in this game is astonishing imo. incredible graphics for me.

Sun Jun 10 2012 9:29PM ReportSometimes quality is better than quantity, though. A lot of GW2 screenshots look so heinously awful, despite having a zillion things happening on screen at once. That said, I think you have a collection of some of the few better screems out there.
Anyways, for me, there's something wrong not only with the colour schemes in guild wars, but also the general art design. I realised that's just personal preference, but still.
Sun Jun 10 2012 10:13PM ReportI agree that GW2 doesn't look that great on screenshots. Jpg always looses a lot of quality and it's a game which needs to be seen in movement to appreciate imo.
Mon Jun 11 2012 3:30AM Reportalyosha17.. If I'm not mistaken you like FF XIV artstyle. I found out japanese artists have a very different way of doing things. Their landscapes are very simple almost ascetic. They create beauty by simplicity. gW2 is completely different. They put so much detail in everything. At least that's my observation.
