It`s not a level 50 sword. See the description (Equipment type availible: Level 50). Your class cannot equip the weapon until level 50, not because thats the weapons level but because that`s the level when you get the 1h edge skill.

doordie said it right, im a priest so when i see certain bladed weps that i cant current equip no matter how crappy, it always says item req Level 50, and the ones i'll never be able to wear just say i cant wear it at all lol, but the weps i can use like 1h maces etc it shows the proper item level, the game isnt glitched, would you rather for Level 50 it instead said a big long "you wont be able to use this general type of weapon untill level 50" lol
