Hurricane Katrina's wrath has now added at least one MMO to it's list of casualties. Oberin, whose server is located in New Orleans which was evacuated in preparation for the coming storm, announced that their server would be down for an "unknown amount of time"
| In the meanwhile, a temporary server opened courtesy of Jinker. The Character Creator will stay off until the official server gets back. If you registered a character before the 20th of August, then you should be able to play on the temporary server with the same username and password. To do so, fill in the server field with "oberin.mine.nu" Please note that nothing you do on the temporary server will be transfered back to the official server when it gets back. This server is only online for fun and time killing purposes. Also, we cannot promise it will be up all the time. Glenn and his family moved to a safe place waiting for the hurricane to be gone.
