Endless Ages : Fixes and Changes

Posted Oct 20, 2005 by Jon Wood

MMOLands, the makers of Endless Ages, have released a number of fixes and updates to their games. The following release appears on their website:

A few updates and coming soon's to go over here, so in the true style of most of our news lets dive in head first.

"Already Logged In": Those of you who experienced the already logged in problem will be happy to know that after a few fixes that were put in place and very close monitoring the bug has been exterminated. If you happen to run in to this problem again please give us a support ticket explaining in the best detail you can provide exactly what you were doing and what happened before it happened.

Crazy Monsters: We have updated a great deal of monsters in the underworld and various other dungeons to follow a more sane movement speed. If you happen to locate any other monsters that are moving far too fast we will be more than happy to look into the problem and adjust them as needed. Send in a support ticket with the monster, and where its located ( If it's a dropper monster what drop you were hunting would be extremely helpful to our efforts to slow these guys down for you ).

Game Window Popup: Some of you have noticed ( Especially those that play in windowed mode ) that occasionally the game window will not popup correctly, this problem has been resolved.

MM1 Quest Deemed Bug Free: After some growing pains experienced early in this quests development, a great many have completed it with no problems and the missing melee 1 quest has been deemed as complete, solid, and bug free.

Game Quick Launch: You will now notice that every page holds the ability to get in and start gaming quickly and easily. This was requested a while back and the system has been created for you.

Coming soon are a great deal of quest updates. Our quest team is working tirelessly to locate, and amend all quest bugs and the majority of these changes will show their pretty faces around the time of the IIA South release ( Which is shaping up very nicely I might add ). A new quick tutorial popup window for the newbie zone is in the works to help all of you new players become affiliated with the controls quick and faster than ever before. Hud and in game menu updates will also be showing themselves while we track down every possible resolution problem that exists. If you have any problems seeing the hud please post in the bug forums with the problem, and your resolution so we can get it fixed up for you.

Keep and eye out for some teaser shots from our newest creation: IIA South
