Naruto Saga players now have a new mini-game of sorts with the addition of the Treasure Hunting feature. Entering a special interface allows players to hunt for silver, the game's main currency.
By clicking Treasure Adventure, players are taken to the Treasure Hunt Interface, where they can map out a sailing route to hit silver resource points (A default route with one resource point is always in place for ninjas lacking a sense of sea-based direction.) Players hungry for more silver can add resource points to their route by spending Ingots - Naruto Saga's in-game currency - and exchanging Cash Gifts, turning a quick sail into an epic treasure hunting voyage!
It's not all easy though, even for a trained ninja. Treasure hunting is a dangerous game in Naruto Saga; players can plunder each other out at sea, meaning no hunt is guaranteed success. Ninjas are encouraged to enhance their combat power to fend off any would-be plunderers before setting sail on a treasure hunt.
Combat at sea is ship vs. ship based, with players clicking on the ships they wish to attack and plunder. Players can hunt for treasure in teams and invite their friends as escorts if feeling insecure about their loot – a great way to have fun with friends and make some silver at the same time.
