Astonia III : New update for the 14th

A new update is expected to arrive around noon on the 14th. Here are the gritty details:

The changes:

- 15 more clans
- clan guards can now use potions
- clan guard levels increased to +0, +2, +4, ..., +10
- lots of bugfixes

Detailed List:
18.12.02: another bug hunt...
18.12.02: ... realized that it's not a bug - some database entries had errors due to incomplete renamings
18.12.02: fixed the wrong database entries
19.12.02: fixed bug in ruby quest (mine and swamp were linked to the same flag)
19.12.02: fixed bug in ice army (reward bit missing for Z)
19.12.02: fixed typo in exkordon guild master text
19.12.02: fixed arch-check in ruby reward logic (now gives out items better than +9)
19.12.02: fixed ice army mission J 2PL not showing up for some players
