Phantasy Star Universe : PS2 & PC Version Shutting Down

Posted Jan 25, 2010 by Michael Bitton

Come March 31st, 2010 the PS2 and PC servers for Phantasy Star Universe will be shutting down according to an announcement made on the official PSU website. New subscriptions to PSU on the PC & PS2 versions will no longer be available after January 29th, 2010; instead the game will go free to play until it shuts down at the end of March.

Not all is doom and gloom in Phantasy Star Universe news today, though, as the game will continue to live on through its XBOX 360 offering.
