Wow this tales me that they did not get enough folks to convert to the new pricing plans.
Unless you are from Europe, then you don't get anything for free from Codemasters...
Im glad I live in the states, I have heard nothing but complaints about how codemasters runs things.
I hope they are leaving it open longer because they did not get the numbers they wanted and revisit what changes they have made and how that has affected the game. Moria sucked a lot of the fun out of this game by introducing grinds that were required to be ground so you would be able to grind other things.
I am actually from Europe, I still live in Europe.. I just had the.. fortunate timing to actually have gone for Turbine instead of Codemasters ($10 for SoA while the dollar was so low, I just couldn't resist...)
But I've heard a lot of bad stories about Codemasters, yes. I consider myself extremely fortunate I went for the US version and dragged a few European buddies into it too. I'd say, move to the US servers if you haven't taken lifetime on Codemasters' yet. You'll end up being a lot cheaper off.
Is this only for US? EU players can't get it free? That sucks man...
