Star Wars: The Old Republic : Jedi Knight to be Unveiled This Friday?

Posted Oct 28, 2009 by Michael Bitton

The folks at DarthHater have uncovered some pretty convincing evidence to support the claim that the Jedi Knight class will be next to be revealed, likely as this Friday's update.

Star Wars: The Old Republic community sleuths have discovered a number of images depicting the Jedi Knight class, and today, the Jedi Knight HoloNet animation has also been revealed. I'm willing to bet this is no mind trick!

The armor looks cool, but... well I dunno, sorta misplaced for a Jedi. Maybe I cling too much to the movies.

It was common for Jedi to wear armor in the ages long before the movies.  By the time the movies were around, the Jedi didn't NEED to be armored up - there were no great galactic wars to be fought.  It's fitting.

Hope that is not a real picture.  Jedi's don't wear armor in any shape or form.  Since the game is all about Jedi, it is no surprise that there will be a class for them.

They wore plenty of armor at the times when galaxy spanning war dictated the need for it.

I wish Bioware would release something about the 3 mystery classes. At the rate they release info, if this Friday is the Jedi Knight then it will be another 2 months before we see any info on a mystery class, lol.

Jedi almost always wore armor during the Old Republic times. They weren't Mace Windu's peacekeepers of the PT, they were soldiers of the Republic.

Have you not been following the game or the canon characters at all?  A lot of Jedi and Sith wear armor....

Also, it's real.  We've seen tons of pictures of the armor the Jedi is wearing.

Don't play the game please, it'd be nice to have one less retard.
