You know the only people who will use this game are those unfortunates that could not get a date anywhere else.  Game for the hopeless.  Anyone thinking they will meet their dream date better think again.

If I want a date, I most certainly will call up a girl not dial into a MMO lol.

I hope they plan to have a definite way to make this available only to 18+ and over ( yeah right ).

Can't wait to see the first headline of "40 year old man arrested wih 11 year old girl he met in a game".

Actually it doesn't sound too bad under one condition.   Rather than the community taking the dates SERIOUSLY they just take it as a way to network with the community faster.

Can't wait for all the guys that think they found thier "dream girl" to find out she has a penis, I don't see how this will be differewnt than any other MMO. Stuff like this always happenes, just not as in-your-face as this game is making it.

In 1-2 weeks you will see "date farmers" who will make sure to match themselves up 100% , always rate the date as excellent and farm the zone all day for the exclusive gear to sell.  At least this company gets points for trying but with the lying and abuse that will go on, this feature looks like nothing but trouble.

Don't judge a game by its apearance. Its actully a very nice mmo. Ive played a foreign version of it and yes, its a bit different but, not in a bad way.  Allot of mmo's have some sort of marriage system, and just because this one finds freinds for you based on interests doesnt make it "A pedafiles dream come true" If you uniterested in the game you dont have to flame it. Its completely unnessasary and immature. Its practicly the same as an eight year old saying he or she doesnt like spinach while in reality he or she has never tried it. Be open to something different instead of your typicall mmo with boobs the size of watermellons and severly oversized swords. I applaud the developers of this game for not being afraid to do something different. Maby you should do the same.

No whats really funny is how all these people are on the band wagon about how this is gonna be epic fail, yea you just wait till it comes out seeing I played this over on runup SG server I know what and how this game is like. I will tell you I really don't care for mmo dateing, but this game is one of the best games i have seen in a long time, also is one of the rare games I am willing to accualy pay for cashshop stuff on too. Also honestly what makes this game differnt that alot of fetures on the net and people net dateing, anything you do you have to take caution in what you do. You all can say what you want about it but I hope to get into closed beta and start playing when open beta is open cause this game whoops the heck outta any other game I have played. So unless you try it how about you all stop being the type of people that kill all mmo games to begin with and accualy wait till you try it for more than 15 seconds or 15 minutes, casue even though I didn't use the dateing system when I played over on SG it still really addicting and fun.

Edit : Oh and just also to say almost every other game has a marrage system so yea same can also be said about the games you all might be playing and loving now so there!

of course you have. I would imagine that most of the mass-account virrals around here create their accounts over a period of time, to avoid arousing suspicion.

I'm sure that, for example, the bot accounts used by Ndoors to artificially inflate their game ratings were created over a period of weeks.

I'm pretty sure the game could be a great hit, in fact. There should be quite some mass appeal for this. Though most of the cirticism here isn't flaming the game, but voicing reservations about how it could turn out to be a playground for 'unwanted elements'. Apart from the occasional online pr3d4t0r it would also attract a huge crowd of cyb0r boyz 'n galz. Hell, I once got pulled in a house as a hobbit, by an other hobbit, in Lotro, hehe. ( Luckily I could bail out when it got really nasty :P). So I don't think the cartoony graphics would prevent this game from becoming a shining beacon for the digitally aroused.

There is no problem with that, apart from the really disturbed few, but that is why it should be adult only. Not only rated but also credit card only, ... or summin.

 Well lets start first off  its funny how post count comes into play, how about you see my join date. Second whydon't i post very simple I am very anti socal, also reason I used fail in the thread is becasue it's funny everyone targets a game for using a so called dateing theme and what not but noone ever really thinks about how other games use the marrage systems. This dateing approce in a game isn't new this is just taking it to a differnt prespective becasue I played ton's of games and have seen really the most nastyest people in them and it not even have a dateing system like this in there, although most games have a marrage system and from what I see alot  people that are so called hard core gammers take advantage of this stuff, wanna guess how I know this. Becase I am a guy that mostly in mmo games plays the female gender and I get alot of people that send me tells that make me sick. Really and you all wonder why the girls that game play male charaters alot to advoid perverts. So really to even say this game is gonna attract this negitive attention more than alot of otehr games is aload of BS. As I said before I have played this game in its open beta on another version server and unless you play this game you are all just spouting off hot air. Seriously you have a right to your own opions but not playing it and just accusing and assuming things and posting them without it even out at gpotato yet is very badmouthing the game with no real trail and proofing behind it. In closeing I have a moto " don't bash it unless you really try it first! " meaning playing a game for only 2 minutes is null in testing out a game my test outs take at least a few days to make sure first.

 And sobb's is right we both are just players that are waiting to hopefully close beta test this game and well its your opion if you want to try it or not but its you loss then, just gives me more chances at getting into the closed beta. Casue I for one really love this game and if you probly ever play it  and love to have class versitility and quite alot of options at yoru disposal you would probly love this game too.

We are just voicing our opinions on the matter. Which we are entitled to. And we don't need to have played the game to have an opinion on it. All we know now is that it is a game built around an ingame dating concept and that it has very cartoony graphics but that is more than enough information to have a discussion about. Once again, I have nothing against games which are obvious cybor magnets, and I do think it could be a lot of fun.

But again, I think it should be adult only which makes the graphic style kinda awkward ... to say the least. I mean having dates in private instances + characters which look like 5 year olds? >_<

Know what?? I've been playing MMOs for a long time...a really long time. But even I couldn't possibly play every single one of the asian grinders and match-making games...nor would I want to...because they suck.

Ok OK i have to post my 2 cents here. 1st off yes this dos look like a breeding ground for sick players who plan on picking up 8 year olds. 2nd off this looks like every other Asian Match makeing games with no real plot line. But lets look at the large scale of "female players". not judgeing but my girl loves these cute asian MMO's. i joke and make fun with her saying that its in her blood being of chinnese decent. she pinchs me and we have fun. i play those cute little games becase she is soo cute whatching her play and make those cute little faces she makes when she gets a cute item. i wont lie some of these cute MMO's are very fun. we play some of the "hardcore" games. or at least did till are finacial problums.  i look foward too this, so say what you will and make fun. but hey w/e. i love my girl and i will enjoy playing cute MMO's like this with her....even if sometimes they are so cute it makes me wanna put a bullet in my head.

I tried this game with run-up.  It wasn't too bad for a f2p.  The graphics are really cute and it has some interesting ideas.  We'll see how it does in the north america market.

Is there PvP?  I want to gank my date and take her stuff.

I kind of thought the dating thing was retarded when I stumbled upon the game, but the class system and farming system are actually nice, I remember back in the day wanting a Harvest Moon MMO (call me gay -- I am don't really care) it does have good systems, and yeah I'm positive some weirdos are gonna play, but no one said you HAVE to use the dating system, I mean shit, I'm gay, there is no gay dating in the game and I'm doing perfectly fine.

No reason at all to worry about your kids in this game.

I'm sorry I'm kinda annoyed that you can only go on "dates" with people of the other gender... I mean for once there are homosexuals out there I'm sure of it, who play MMOs, and for two, how many chicks really want to play an instanced beat em up game?  like thats the dates.... you go and your teleported to a graveyard and you beat the crap out of monsters...

Poorly thought out in my opinion, they should have not called it "dates" and they should let you do it with anyone.

How is it a date anyway?  I wouldn't take my girlfriend to a gun show, or to a shooting range, why would I take her to a monster infested grave yard?
