well this is something to try out

30 days is quite long

game is horrid

First I've heard about this game - I was suprised to find out it's been out since 2004. Anyone here actually play it?

im going to try it 1 month is a good deal if its bad all i wasted was time downloading it

I highly recommend anyone interested in this game take a key immediately! There are a lot of new releases expected to come out within the next month which will make the game much more intense. The devs are moving closer to player owned capital ships (ships that people fly in and dock with and man turrets on). The capships are already available in game just you cant fly one (faction NPC's drive but you can man turrets).

So get in on the ground floor!

Well that was a waste of 30mins i will never get back after seeing the gaffics of that game it makes me want to poke out my eyes know wonder they are trying to get people to play i looked at the current online players and there was 55 that is sad if you play this game i dont know what to say but think of play station 1 gaffics then try it

Well jonrammbo what you playing on a 286? If all you base why you like games on graphic your a shallow gamer,graphics help but are not all that make a game.My computer aint top end by any standard but when i play this game on Highest it's great sure im sure the dev's could improve it more but seeing there's only 4 of them who made this game there adding alot of gameplay elements soon which Miexon has mentioned. Also the community is really friendly & nice one of the best ive seen in a mmorpg so come in game and say hello.

Believe me, this game is not worth the download time.  Can't believe they expect people to play it.

Its amusing for a little 'free' game to play.. its not like there's any other good space games out there, least not til jumpgate:evo starts up..

It's good practice for the flight mechanism I gather.

The graphics and sounds are kind of on the lower end of the spectrum, and the twitch flying/combat is probably beyond many of the people who will read this thread.

You can do traders, shipping goods around which apparently some people can try to steal in some places (pvp), or just combat, or there's asteroid mining (not sure what that does for you though). There's 4-5 level bars, where you get xp for actions related to that bar.

Oh and I guess there's pvp, but of course most of you who cant fly a real-physics space sim probably wouldnt do so well in a dog fight :D

So, for 30 days free, and a rather small download, 500mb or so if i recall, its better than the majority of trash along the side of the list there, and of the 4 dudes making the thing I saw one or two in the game itself talking to the players about what needs doing etc.. so eh, game probably evolves towards what players want, not what some egghead idiot non-gamer in a suit decides we need to play.

like i said i tryed it *Yawn* and i deleted it waste of my time and waste of my high end computer  and HD graphics card why people pay to play it is way beyond me starfox would be a better investment
