Dragon Raja Online : King Elections

Posted Mar 13, 2008 by Jon Wood

The folks over at Dragon Raja have announced that they will be holding elections to crown a new king.

Toronto, CANADA--March 13, 2008-- G4Box Inc, a North American publisher and distributor of interactive entertainment media has announced that it popular 2D MMORPG is holding elections this month to crown a new King. Current players as well as new players can join the voting process which happens later this month.  More details about the game, the elections and how to download Dragon Raja can be found at the game's official web site: http://www.newraja.com/.

"Kings are a vital part of the community because they lead and motivate the other players to fight for their nations.  They are also responsible for helping new players to get acclimated to the game and learn their way around," said Howard He, CEO of G4BOX Inc. "The election is an exciting process that we are excited to include our
community in."

The Election Process
The following Kingdoms in Dragon Raja are electing their kings: Vyseus, Zypern, and Yilse.  King Dragonlord, King Confused and King J. Sang a currently in power in those kingdoms (respectively) and may be re-elected or a new king could be elected!

The first step in choosing a king is when players wishing to throw their hat in the ring put in an application.  Following that, the candidate's will be asked to answer a small questionnaire composed of 5 questions which reflect why they would make a good asset to their Nation (i.e. how would they help their nation grow etc.).  Next, the candidates will participate in a last man standing battle and finally, active players will be allowed to vote on who they think will be a great king. Players can only vote on candidates from their nation and will only be able to vote once and then the new Kings will be crowned!

The newly elected Kings will be in power for 2-3 months and may be
re-elected at that time.
