Today's Special Report live stream by The Division development team has wrapped up with the big news that the Incursions update will be coming into the game on April 12th. Incursions is a free update to the game that will introduce the first content specifically developed with squads in mind. Players will be taking on enemies with high level equipment and weaponry. Additionally, squads can exchange dropped gear with others taking part in the incursion.

Trion Worlds has sent word that the Atlas Reactor open beta event kicks off today, Thursday, March 31st at 2:00 pm Pacific / 5:00 pm Eastern. In addition, the first round of closed beta testing will begin on April 14th and Founder's Packs are now available running anywhere from $9.99 to $99.99, each with its own set of in game skins and more.

Tree of Savior is an odd sort of online gaming beast in today's day and age. With one of its creators being Hakkyu Kim, the creator of Ragnarok Online, it comes as no surprise that Tree of Savior shares a similar aesthetic and purpose as Ragnarok Online, but adds more modern embellishments to make an entirely new online game.

During FFXV's Uncovered event in LA tonight, Square Enix unveiled that the game will be getting a standalone story-based demo where you play Young Noctis as a boy in a sort of prequel/demo that's coming for free TONIGHT on PS4 and XB1.

If there's one piece of criticism I continually see popping up around Black Desert Online, it's that the PVP is horribly imbalanced due to "power creep". No matter how much you play, you'll never catch up to the top 1% who have already invested significant chunks of time and energy into forging all the best gear and pushing beyond the soft level cap of 50. Now, reading that, this is usually followed up with "You should probably not even bother trying." But here's where I disagree.
