It's been a year since Elder Scrolls Online first launched. And while it was a rather contentious game, with hype levels through the roof, I reviewed ESO here on the site. In short, I liked a great deal about it, but knew it had some kinks to iron out. Well, in the year since launch the team at Zenimax has been working feverishly like a Khajit slave to improve their flagship MMO.

The DC Universe Online team has announced the release of the Munitions Power Set, the first power set to be sent out into the game in over a year. Players can now get hold of big guns and big explosives to make big BOOMS!

Dragon Age: Inquistion is an endless well of discussions. Benevolently received by the press, fiercely defended by its fans and disappointedly condemned by all of those who wanted the game to be something else - opinions couldn't be more diverse. And now Bioware delivered us the first DLC, Jaws of Hakkon, and all those buried emotions are resurrected, as we get more of exactly those parts which have been the critiques' main target.

DC Universe Online is a free-to-play superhero / supervillian MMORPG from Sony Online Entertainment that lets players create their own unique tights-wearing hero or villain and roam the streets of places like Gotham City and Metropolis fighting or creating crime. Players fight alongside such iconic DC Comics characters as Superman and Batman, Lex Luthor and The Joker, and many others. Excellent physics help bring comic book action and combat to life, all under the creative direction of noted comic book artist Jim Lee.
