Dishonored 2 is the brand new sequel to Bethesda's hit action stealth game. You can play as either Corvo or his daughter and empress Emily Kaldwin. The game offers an unprecedented level of choice when it comes to how you accomplish your goals, whether you're an all our assassin, a silent stalker of the streets, or a mix of both.
It sports some of the most beautifully bleak art and visuals in games today, fantastic voice acting, and loads of freedom in exploration. Today we're just showing off the first 30 minutes of life in Karnaca. Plus, it's fun to watch Bill fail hard in that first real fight.
I've not had much chance to play more (I've been focused instead on getting above my paltry 822 item level in WoW), but what struck me about Dishonored 2 compared to the original was that an already open-ended action game presents you with even more options in how you're going to get things done. The original game had a nice selection of RPG-like character progression elements, and I'm anxious to see how this one extends that.
Have you guys been playing Dishonored 2 since it went live today? What are your thoughts on a slow MMO news week?
