Registrations for Last Straw Production's Looking For Group Expo or LFGX are now open! Early bird passes are available for the first 500 registrants. LFGX will run between June 25-27 in Minneapolis, Minnesota at the Minneapolis Convention Center.

LFGX will also include the MMO Developer Awards, which is the "world's first award show designed specifically for massively multiplayer online games."

The MMO Developer awards feature fan-nominated awards, and fans will vote on their chosen games at partnering media sites. MMORPG.com happens to be one such site!

A brief description of LFGX is available below:

LFGX offers a cost-effective solution for game developers and publishers to showcase their existing and future MMOs without the added overhead of creating their own events. Games will get exposure to current fans as well as prospective future fans with this unified event. Games will be able to create more brand awareness and connect with the current and future players on a level that all MMO fans will come to love as much as the games themselves.

Registration rates below:

Single:

Early Bird Rate 3-day: $75 Regular Rate  3-day:   $100 Single Day Rate:          $45

Guild Registration:

Early Bird Rate: $50 Regular Rate :   $75

VIP Passes are also available at $250 a pop. Yeowch! What do you get for your 250 bones? How about attendance of the red-carpeted MMO Developer Awards as well as a VIP Banquet? This is, of course, in addition to the full 3 day access to the rest of the show.

Register at the official LFGX website here. You can nominate your chosen games right here at MMORPG.com
