I´m not really sure if this is worth it´s own thread, but Tigerdirect has a decent laptop for games on sale atm. And people always ask for a laptop they can game on. For 500$ after rebate it looks to me to be a good deal better than any other machine in it's pricerange, even the Llanos often cost more. You even get a 17" screen and 1600x900 resolution.

$550 before a $50 rebate isn't the same thing as $500 with no rebate. And assume that you'll also have to pay an extra $20 and upgrade it yourself to fix the memory configuration, as it leaves one channel completely vacant. But that could still be a pretty good deal if it's exactly what you're looking for.

Bah Mr Quizzical, you know that 6 gb is the memory configuration they all try to sell you. And you get a nice resolution which is abit better than what they always try to sell you.
You're right about the last thing though. This is a hit if your old laptop can't play Diablo III and you're looking for something that will play it just great.
Sounds like quite a good deal given the specifications and reviews. I got an Acer in November last year, a couple levels lower than this model, and mine has been a champ.
