Hex Entertainment has announced that the PC version of HEX: Shards of Fate is now joined by the PlayStation 4 version in North America. The European launch of the PS4 version is expected to happen soon. PlayStation 4 fans can enjoy UI upgrades, a smooth controller experience and an enhanced tutorial system.
A new letter has appeared on the HEX: Shards of Fate Steam page that lets players know that the dev team is parting ways with Gameforge. The game will be self-published by HEX Entertainment and all operational procedures including customer support, community management, promotion, sales, marketing and other activities will be handed over to the company by Gameforge.

Gameforge and Hex Entertainment have announced the first details about the next expansion to Hex: Shards of Fate. Called Herofall, additional content will include 275 new cards and the first Cosmic Crown Showdown tournament.
Gameforge has announced that the fourth card set for HEX: Shards of Fate has officially been launched. The new set brings in over three hundred cards, over a hundred new items, seven special sleeves, six new heroes, a new tournament and the "Empower" ability.

The Hex: Shards of Fate Invitational is ready to get underway beginning October 6th. Players during qualifying events will be competing for a trip to the US for the finals and a share of the $100,000 prize pool.
Wizards of the Coast has announced the settlement of its 2014 lawsuit against Cryptozoic Entertainment, developers of Hex: Shards of Fate. The lawsuit stemmed from WotC's belief that Hex willfully infringed on the intellectual property behind Magic: The Gathering. The exact details of the settlement were not revealed.
A special message has been placed by HEX Entertainment on their site to mark the second year since the Kickstarter program for TCG Hex has been over and thank the game community for its continious support.
