According to a new post on the Global Agenda forums, a new PvP oriented sequel is in the works. The post is very candid in its assessment of the (lack of) success that GA experienced and gives players a little hint as to what the future holds for Global Agenda 2.

Hi-Rez has announced that it's ready to celebrate Global Agenda's second anniversary with the release of new flair items, a new PvP tournament and a brand new limited edition pet.

Global Agenda players of level 30 and above are being called up for action in the Recursive Colony. The Doom Commander rides again and players need to help protect the Oasis Checkpoint.

The Global Agenda team has sent word that servers will be coming down shortly for the deployment of what they call "the largest content expansion" since the game's launch.

As a part of "Player Appreciation Month", the folks at Hi-Rez Studios are discounting all Assault class purchases by 50% from July 6th to July 13th.

Global Agenda developers have announced that players will be able to fly in Dome City with the arrival of the next patch. The move is in celebration of the game's move to free-to-play. The latest update is scheduled to go live later today.

The Global Agenda team has let us know that servers will be down for about six hours beginning at 11:00 a.m. EST to bring the v1.41 patch online.
