I don't want to take a hard stance towards GW2 because most of the game is rock solid, with fast fluid combat, an incredibly detailed world, and great variety of game activities. Its weak points though are glaring!

Pointless weapons/armor skin grind. Everyone likes to look good but at what point do you say enough is enough? Every event, festival has a new set of skins to grind/pay for.

Class to nowhere with very little versatility in builds. Because there are no class rolls it is all about DPS. The only difference from one class to another is in how it dishes out damage.

Poorly conceived story, this is probably my number one problem with GW2. Scarlet's ridiculous antics finally drove me from Tyria. What happened to the epic stories of GW1? :(

Cash shop is killing our hope for an expansion. Why expand the world when players are will to throw money away in the gem store? Old players leave, so what, they are replaced with new players who buy the same items again. Vicious cycle in a game with such high player turnover.

I will never rage against GW2 though because still deserves to be called ground breaking. Still somethings need to be addressed, or it will get swept aside in coming flood of new games.

It has, Check on TP - it was limited time only offer, but You still can boy them from other players.

And I agree with Tekaelon and MikePaladin. And this comes from a guy who made (not bought - made) himself Eternity. This game have amazing ground to build upon, but is failing soooooo hard with delivery of new stuff. Actually - everything exept 1st Halloween and Xmass update is pathetic on the level I never seen in any MMO before.

Nothing interesting to buy in gem store, and not that I want to support Anet with paying for gems. After all this "story" archs with Scarlet, that are lacking polishing, interesting things to do, anything above than zerging and well... story - I'm done :(.

Sad, because I really loved GW1 and was really intrigued with GW2, but updates are watering down good product to the gutter.

Although I think that GW2 did a lot of things right (quest/skill system), my problems with the game are:

- skin system (no costume slots and skins are skins, why can't I use any skin type: light, medium, heavy?)

- town costume (I never understood the point of it)

- human/norn character models (all options look bad)

- armors/skins (99% look bad to me and that 1% can't be used in PvE etc. i.e. it's PvP armor)

- LFG tool (I know it's in beta, but too little too late)

- cash shop exclusives (look bad)

- cash shop content (it's very lacking and mostly overpriced)

- game client performance (could be better)

- boring grind is moved to lvl 80 as "end game content"

- action combat mod is still just a mod (not added as an option)

Cheers.
