Looks great, but the prevalence of sniper rifles and assault rifles in the video makes me a little wary. I was hoping that those kinds of weapons would be sparse at best.

Pay us!  Pay MORE for SUPER DUPER  membership!  Pay EVEN MORE for ULTRA DUPER membership!!!  Don't forget we will have micro transactions for everything we can think of while trying not to be pay to win!

Jesus, their business plan and activity in their forums is a bit questionable..

Their Business model/plan is very similar to a few games comming out. And offering bored people access to closed beta for cash is not new. To be honest I like it, keeps the really bad reviewers out of a potential phase of testing where people playing will be the ones who either (have lots of disposable income, or are interested enough in the game to make an investment in its development). Hopefull its more of the second group, but a nice phase before true open beta when anyone can access it.

And if you actually check the forums, clearly, the drama about the marketplace is solved. It is not a pay$ 2 WinZ.

its Play to win, and if you want, PAY to Style.

SoulStain writes: That loked awesome fun. I was really looking forward to State of Decay but I think they dropped the ball not going for a full multiplayer release/mmofps style game right off the top.  I just bought PS2 and now will likely buy this soon. I wonder which will get the most of my time. Guess I won't be playing GW2 for a while. Damn ..too many games. Fri Oct 05 2012 6:12PM Report

Im glad to see a MMORPG vid, im really confused about buying this game....

I have played DayZ before and i watched a few vids of this and i really dont like how zombies work in DayZ zombies are way more agressive and annoying.

But after spawning without pistol its a bit annoying to start lol.

Also i like WarZ will support more players and i like more the graphics.

But if you dont like the zombies it doesnt make sense :p

Its looks ok, but it seems to be more PvP focused with everythiing else coming in second.. (war inc  + extras?)

It is almost a game I would love to play, but the long lock out timers and loose everthing if you die, is a little bit of a turn off for me.. good luck to them though, will keep an eye on it, and wait for a Steam releace and see how I feel then..

But for now, I think I will stick with 'The Dead Linger' ( see how that goes..

Don't get me wrong, I love DayZ. My current character has been alive for about 30 hours in game time, which to me isn't too shabby. My worry is that any one weapon can rule them all. One headshot from 200 yards away kills you instantly.

While I appreciate the realism, it doesn't leave any room for retaliation. Considering this game's death penalties, they may want to make players a bit more resilient.

its a staged video ... Nothing more nothing less..

The game doesnt look any worst than Most games but yea like "goodafternoon" said, It seems like Ripper was asked to advert the game thru a video for them.

Anyhow as long as DayZ StandAlone Doesnt come up with more info... I will sit this one out, and wait to see wich will be worth my time to spend on.

Buying them isnt as much an issue as The Time it costs you to play them.
