IGN has just posted their 42nd "Peek of the Week" for Mourning. This time Dan Antonescu describes a lot of details of the PvP system. Here is an excerpt:
|There are things that can be easily coded, things that can be coded with a good amount of work and things that can't be at all - at least not yet! - for example, a morality system.|
The alignment changes we've talked about in our last peek will be mostly triggered and computed only when you are the one making a choice. For example, if you're the one attacking someone, then your alignment will be changed accordingly and the target's alignment won't change because he didn't make any independent decision, but just reacted to yours to defend himself... and vice versa. And of course, you'll have to kill him in order to trigger that computation!
