The Final Fantaxy XIV site has been updated with the finalized patch notes for the v1.19 patch deployed on October 4th.

We are pleased to announce that patch 1.19 has gone live, ushering in vast refinements and additions, including such long-awaited series mainstays as chocobos and airships. Things are also heating up on the battlefront, with the addition of imposing enemy strongholds, thrilling encounters with the primal Ifrit, and a whole host more.
