Runescape News - U.S. Firm Buys Majority Stake in Jagex

A U.S. venture capital corporation has purchased a majority stock option in Jagex Studios, developers of RuneScape. The purchase moves the financial base of control from the U.K. to the United States. According to Gamasutra, Jagex will pay off its pending expenses with the capital raised through the sale. By so doing, the development of its new Transformers project will be accelerated.

If this US company decides to buy Jagex, hopefully they have the heart or the brain to bring back the old RS, the one that made Jagex what it is today, what MADE not IS, the largest F2P MMORPG... :( - Runescape veteran player.
Ive been playing runescape for almost 10 years and there has been many changes in this game. I just hope it doesnt go in the pits.
