NCSoft and the City of Heroes team has revealed the details behind the annual Halloween in-game event. This year's spookfest includes new quest and rewards.

Dr. Kane's House of Horror is being added to the "normal" zombie invasions of past years. Players will enter into "venture into a nightmarish mansion full of danger!"
