Blizzard has a new post on the official community site for World of Warcraft indicating that the latest patch, Hour of Twilight, is now live on all servers. The team has been releasing boatloads of information about all of the changes coming with v4.3 and the community blog contains links to all relevant posts.
Included in the Hour of Twilight patch are features including the new Raid Finder, the Transmogrification system, Valor changes, the reworked Darkmoon Faire, Tier 13 armor sets and much much more.
Read all about it on the World of Warcraft site.

team edward vs team jacob haha
This will be the first major WoW patch that I wont return to the game for.
But I hope the current players get some enjoyment, remember we want ur reviews and stories of fail raid pugs!
Everything about the game has been made easier. Seems accessability is Blizzards priority, they're probably wrapping up WoW now and moving their attention to project Titan.
They've created the "incredibly easy" (raid finder) difficulty exclusively for this, otherwise there would be too much frustration in such a system.
Now you have raid finder, normal and heroic difficulties.
Who cares?
One of their best patches ever. Raid Finder is an absolute genre changing feature.
<3 4.3
Raid finder = FAIL finder lol
Deathwing will die, but leave its spawn of pandas behind...
Ok, but really. I looked at the teir 13 set for the mages....wow....Now we get mages with head lights. /sigh
Not lights, two laser-swords waiting to be switched on, then you can charge like a maddened bull. Wonder where they took that cool idea from because we know WoW loves to steal oops I mean "polish" ideas from others.
the raid finder is a step in the right direction, but as I understand it it will only work for the current raid. I quit as a casual without doing any raid in Cata other than TB. I wouldn't mind doing the earlier raids in Cata first. At this point even that wouldn't be enough to get me back though.
Lolol omg how did this game came to this??? And i loved so much to play it...i miss it. Now its a joke.
Tbh i think they stole it from need for speed...they look like headlights from a skyline....
Heh :)
Haven't played WoW in a little while. I do kind of miss it a little but it does feel like they're grasping at straws.
All those millions of players probably do.
I don't want to be a "raider"...I don't have time for it. I work a full time job and have 2 kids at home. When we get them in bed for the night my wife and I like to kick back and play a little for fun. The biggest drawback for us at endgame is not getting to experience the "final battle" . Here we quested all this time and did all these things and then we couldn't see the finale of it all. I could care less about having the best gear. Save that for folks that measure their fun and worth in a game by wearing the best purple item. We just want to see the content. Even if it is "easier" mode at least we get to see and participate in the story and get some conclusion to it. That is what I see as the benefit to the raid finder. I get my full 15 bucks a month. They aren't dumbing it down for raiders if raiders don't want it dumbed down. They can still do it on hard mode if they want by the same old normal means they did before. The raid finder isn't meant for them. It is meant for ..oh god..I am going to use the horrible word that the "elite" on this site hate...the casual gamer. It is what set Blizzard apart and what will keep setting them apart...they are trying to make sure ANYONE can experience the game. The "serious" gamers don't like it and make fun of it because at the end of the day they believe that somehow they are a more special gamer because they get to do something on a computer screen that others can't do.
Ah yet again Blizzard are damned if they do and damned if they don't... lots of people - many on this site complain that Blizzard raids are for the hardcore, that others who pay the same every month are locked out the content cus they don't have time to devote to a raiding guide, well blizzard listen and bring out a raid finder and a lower PUG difficutly level for the raid finder so that everyone can experience the content... yet people are still not happy... seriously can blizzard every win?
And just cus many wont bother to look it up - the raid finder raids are a lower difficulty than normals or HC's and have lower level and less loot variation... they are not a replacement for guild raiding, just yet one more option for players.
I agree. Blizzard is giving players more options. Good for them.
if you watch where blizzard is going they are making baby steps to full f2p..and you have to wonder if things they are implementing in wow are tests for titan
Hey, as I've always said.. keep making those patchs and expansions Blizzard. For as long as you are around, you will keep those I dont want to see in my MMO of choice away from me. I say give the babysitter a raise and let her bring her boyfriend around when you arent there. :)
Oooh all the "hardcore" players nagging about WoW becoming too easy. WoW has always been a casual game compared to the average MMO on the market, and it will always be.
If you think WoW is too easy, care to link your HC raid achievements and/or Arena titles?
Okay that irks me, i'd rather play with them miscreants than someone with a stick up their arse.
I think you are missing the point. Most of the "hardcore" gamers, as you call them, probably remmeber how WoW use to be. Remember princess or Hogger in when WoW released? They were originally epic mobs and had to be completed in a group or you had to be 5 levels higher. Now they are normal mobs.
Even the actual epic mobs (not dungeon bosses) today in WoW can be soloed at level. It just shows you how casual WoW has got and are leaning towards the people who want things given to them without any real effort.
