MMORPG.com WooW Correspondent Angels Lindsey writes this guide to food buffs at levels 70-80 in Blizzard's World of Warcraft

Have you ever been up against a boss, only to discover that your group needed just a tiny little push to finish the fight? The answer is simple: food buffs. Good guide. I usually just eat whatever I have in my bags at the time! But make sure you level Cooking from the start. I'm trying to catch up now, and it's hard finding Skill 150 ingredients in the AH. Oh well, back to low level zones for me...

It actually isn't a buff...so, how can it help you in a boss fight?

Food buff isn't something new, but I'm glad WoW spiced up their cooking skill. *yummy*

Yeah, the emotional foods aren't stat buffs either, they were included...

Also, regarding the overall article:  you didn't include the put buff treats, why is that?
