We have just received notice that Dragon Raja is now 100% free for life to all players. They have also announced that they have added a new "Dragon Mall" where players can buy items for their characters (presumably with real currency):

Dragon Raja 1.4 The Resurrection of the Dragon: Return of the Heroes offers a total of five classes with several possible builds that further develops the player's characters. Dragon Raja features the most unique game concept of all MMORPGs—job skill system to make weapon, armour, item and ability to upgrade them to higher graded items. Dual class systems, ability to duel different classes that could vary the character's build. Unique War systems featured in the Local War and Nation war system.
