I want to make a suggestion because of this Illegal Private RO Server Heirlooms..

Legal License

-If Gravity wants a Legal Thing,they must make a Legal License for those people who wants to make a RO Private Server..

1.They must Pay a fee for making thier License
2.A monthly fee for they are just Private Servers
3.They must use no website for promotion..they will be all put in place in gravity's site..
4.Server Rates must be above average and below extreme.
5.No License.End of Bussiness.
6.No more game downloads from the network,all can be bought in a cd package..
7.upon playing aregistration key from the package is needed before playing.
8.All reports of bugs and error are must be knowned by gravity
9.No fees for players
10.Private RO Server must only be able in particular places wer RO is present.(e.g. iRO in NA,meaning all RO Private Servers near to that place are only for that place,phRO,only philippines private RO servers..and so on)

Yeah that's going to work. They definitely want other people being able to copy their game and run it. By doing this they are legalizing the private servers. Anyone could just jack the code. Besides the private servers already are doing illegal things by being run. They have no intention of getting a licencse for it. They aren't scared of "illegal" activities.

Making everyone go to a STORE and buy a CD. Everyone loses business.

I still don't see the point. Downloading the RO client is free. Having account is what is not.

The MOST ridiculous part! Gravity loses all costumers as they all go to private servers. Another reason no private server will take the licencse since they have NO way of paying for it anymore.

private servers were around when RO was free to play, they cannot just go "oh crap, not you cannot exist because it takes away from our avarice"
