I was wondering if anyone knows a similar game as ragnarok online which has alot of players playing as well. I have been playing ro for a while and I want to start playing a new type mmorpg that has a similar style as ragnarok. Thanks. |

Ragnarok Online is unique in a special way, there are no current games that is "identical" to RO, but I found a few games very similiar. |

Secret of Solstice is GARGAGE compared to RO and its NOT identical, graphically it is VERY VERY similiar but they just tried to bite off Ragnarok. But if you look closley ..the sprites actually suck and RO's sprites are far better, as for the rest of the game its all half ass. You can tell it was super rushed and is horrible. No were near in depth as RO, and to say SoS is identical to RO is BS if you ask me. I honestly believe that some dude found out that RO2 sucks and created SoS too act as a sequel to RO, when in all reality it just made RO look really good.
A good game to recomend in this thread is TALESWEAVER. I have not had the chance to play it, but it looks alot like RO graphically and appears to have many differences. It has yet to make it to America, I believe it had plans to come here but failed in the process. fuckn shame =/ youtube it.. really looks great. |
