I don't think that's a trinity. It must be the formation system, according to massively:

That energy stream must mean they're in the fomration pattern. Unless they changed the system around.

RebelScum, you can turn off the shaking apparently.

You can turn it off and YouTube compression makes it look worse than it is. Anyways in response to the OP this is the formation system. Setting up formation in PvE against particular bosses offer different statistical buffs to your party or an individual party member.
