The example I used was Destiny, which has a solid core shooter experience but is relatively uninteresting in the story, content, and loot departments. I've been playing more of Bungie's pseudo-MMOFPS, and suffice it to say that even its fun twitch gameplay is starting to wear thin.

    Bungie has released a new demo version of Destiny for XBox 360, XBox One, Playstation 3 and Playstation 4. According to the FAQ, the demo allows players to experience snippets of the game features including character creation, social aspects, missions and progression.

  • Team Chat Added in Latest Patch

    The latest patch for Destiny has been deployed. Among the usual bug fixes and feature enhancement comes the welcome news that voice chat amongst teammates is now part of the game. Players placed on teams via matchmaking will be able to join a specific voice enabled channel designed specifically for their team.
