    • Waste your time elsewhere.

    • This game bites. There are way better games out there that charge less to play. Actually, most free games are better. don't waste your time.

    • In a nutshell, it's a game without the game part (or the fun), but ALL the boredom. Think SWG, but without what small amount of fun that POS has.. and yes I have played it longer than one month. I'm no fan of WoW, but at least there are things to do in Azeroth, in FoM you just walk through a Poastal II type world and either: gank lowbies, grind crafting, or grind a handfull of half-assed instances. Which reminds me, good luck getting a party together, becuase there is never anyone on (aside from the die-hards) which means you'll just walk around the dozen-or-so maps looking for something to do - but you won't be able to!! For the price, go play something else.. even if its Planetside, because this is a total waste of your hard-earned dough (or allowance)!!

    • If you're really that curious or absolutely adore PvP-action.. then perhaps FoM is for you. But if you're anything but one of those... don't waste too much of your time here. Its a decent game but has its major flaws. Little to no roleplaying outside of PvP. Customer service is alright at its best. lag can be a problem, and for value and fun? Half your first some odd days/weeks spent in the game are getting ganked and crushed under those who got a head start before you. The systems are klunky and could use some tweaking. Its got potential, just needs to be refined a little bit. However it is a free client!

    • This game shoots for the moon but barely makes it an inch off the ground. Interesting concepts, failed realizations. The publisher has no experience with any PC games let alone a MMO. The developer is practically a one man team. And the community management and game masters are amateurs with no real clue on how to run a game.

    • Not worth the money. Have a look at Neocron instead

    • This used to be a good game, when it was in Beta. Not only is the price out of hand, It's not the greatest of games.

    • This game was about as much fun as downloading a dvd quality movie with slow dial up modem.

    • All in all this is good game. Upon retrospective however FoM is maybe just a bit too hardcore for its own good. It's definatly not for people who don't enjoy playing in a hostile environment on par with Shadowbane. Another bad point was the lack of possibilities for us underlings to actually rebel and get rid of the people in charge of the faction since there simply was no real game mechanic to support this while on the other hand the leader could kick players whenever he wanted. And no, sadly RP'ed rules are not enough to keep this from being abused. I have not been kicked myself but seen it happen to people opposing their faction leaders. The deep RP however which has been more an achievement of the community rather than the game itself made it the only game so far that I'd describe as fascinating. All in all it gets a good rating from me but a lot of potential has clearly been wasted. Also a hint to the part of the community who kept basing the value of someone's opinion on his join date. New people are likely not going to stay and pay for this game if they get immediatly chased away the moment they disagree with you, no matter how construcitve their ideas may be. Many say this game needs smart people to play... but sadly, many of the smart people get turned down by this part of the community, thus you are pretty much chewing off your own leg. Think about it.
