the site is down, they might be getting things together now; forum says they're on +2 time i think.

It's not down it's just very hard to reach because people massivly try to acces the site for a open beta application...

Well I must admit I've never heard of that game before joining mmorpg.com, so I guess you won't find those "100k people" you'r talking about...and I haven't had any major lag issues with any other open betas I've been in, like Saga of Ryzom, WoW or GW.

saw that right after i posted...

i hope face is up during wow downtime tomorrow, thats my only slot open in between my wow gaming=)

Never had lag either in retail mmorpg or beta's.

Thene again never saw 100K people on one server either :D

and why would u say 100k people? i too have never heard of this game and i doubt many mmorpg fans have before a week ago

the way i see it, open beta's dont get my bug testing feedback(i usually apply during alpha and closed beta), so fuck them...

just logged on tried to make a character, which was goofy lookin, and it didnt work; i kept hitting finish and it didnt work, so fuck it and i'm back to wow.

i dont like 3d graphics in general, so bad 3d graphics piss me off....my imagination can only go so far; if i wanted to imagine the world i'd play a mud or design my own damn game/world...

also to you dumb people who havent heard of this game, its been on the scnene almost for a year now..

The characters look really bad.I finally get in the game and it took 10 minutes to get out of my apartment.Once i get into the city it freezes up again for 15 minutes.And this game is coming out next month?I rebooted my pc and went back to playing wow.This is the worse open beta ever.

And of course the website is down again.They can't even keep the website up.I was looking foward to this game,but forget this.I know in beta you have problems,but if you can't even play it. or post on the site.Whats the point.

On the site it says you go into a training area.I was thrown right into the city after i got out of my apartment so when i could move i just wandered around.I had no direction as to what to do and no one i talked to could care less.

And of course the site forums are still down,so i have no place to find out what i'm surposed to do.

Roflmao this game has got to be a joke this is absolutly the worst status open beta I have ever seen. I make an avatar, finally get out of my apartment after a 1:30 wait, immediately am on the run with 10 pkers chasing me, luckily I manage to vortex to another base before they kill me.

I happen to be on a base with 4 sealed doors around me so Im sitting there with no tutorial trying to figure out how lock hacking works.  Again get lucky as someone comes out and opens the door for me, thank god he didnt decide to PK me as I was close to dead. I make it into the base can not find a reasonably priced weapon so decide to make one, finally figure out production and mining. Hmmm going to need 8 hours to mine the resources I need for my gun.. gun hmmm dawns on me I will need ammo, sadly the ammo schematic costs as much as the gun one did and I can't afford it.

Someone in chat suggest I can find some ammo on a merchant terminal on another base so I vortex over only to be PK'd the second I come off the Vortex, immediately the game crashes.

I sigh and attempt to log back in only to have a message pop up that I am perma killed and will have to wait 24 hours before I can make a new character. :/

Needless to say I couldnt uninstall this POS fast enough. This really truly is Alpha quality at best, and even if the Devs admitted that, still the game dynamic is a nightmare and not worth investing the time it takes to download.

it is very alpha like......i havent been able to buy a gun....since guns are more than 50k, i decided to spend my lil starter fortune of 50k on mining and i'm hoping for the best.....
