I like to goto the web site of new MMORPG's & test out the customer service. I ask a geeky question & see what happens. 9 times out of 10 i dont get a reply or i get an answer 10 weeks later. Face of Mankind is an exception to the rule. 3 hours & i was given a reply!! Now that is customer service. The reply was friendly & informative. I for 1 will give this game a good shot of my time.. Sounds like a corker to me. Looking forward to it. Xylek.

Active and friendly CS means developers care a lot bout fans and game society, that gives the game even more chances to be finally great. Will live will see, but such nice CS makes me glad even now.

All the moderators there are very active. This is a great start for an amazing future game. Fast customer services will make this game more enjoyable.
