Face of Mankind has been shut down.. for anyone wondering about the status of the game.

They are supposedly going to improve the game and release it again without a publisher, but who knows how long that will be lol.

I hope this game never lives to see the light of day again.

I for one, Know that this little update that they are planning wont happen for atleast 2 years, They take forever to implement something, Then when its put in, It is buggy and sometimes unplayable.

bugs....can the company operate a little well? What can the player do when it is unplayerable...

just find a new game, raise some interests towards a brand new game world.

You should not underestimate the staying power of this game... it may be down, but it is not out fo the count.

I am waiting for him to regain birth.  So I don't underestimate his staying power.

I found too many bugs in the game, it's surely time for them to have an adjustment

well hope some where  else because it will happen and us who have a love for the game will be waiting for its rebirth , as for you i guess you need a game like WOW click and it fights for you no real skills like FOM you need real skills.

You found a few bugs.. so now you play Maple Story and/or WoW.

  Well this is interesting to see I Played FoM in Open Beta   This should be a Lesson to Game developers  No more Crappy games

I agree shame on game devs on trying something new for once and not cloning other games like WoW!!! When do game devs learn.....

Face of Mankind never really failed, it never appealed to a brought amount of poeple with was never the intention in the first place. However the publisher (The same company who brought us the most annoying animation ever......crazy frog ><) found that this game did not generated a lot of money and decided that there needed to be some changed to appeal to a bigger audience, also a bit the fault of the devs themselfes though.

Rebirth however will be limited in term of freedom, but I do believe what we give in "freedom" we get back in gameplay.

Hmm, no its all rumour and supposition.

As far as i am aware, Ojam had very little to do with the changes in FoM.

Some of the changes had been in the pipeline for a long time though, just with one thing or another DPS never got around to doing them.

Fom was and is a great game, cant wait to play again...
