hi i heard the open beta comes out today i downloaded the game but when i login and press start it just

shows the hack thing and does nothing i cant play it does anyone know whats wrong cause i really want

to try this game out plz let me know thanks :D

I'm pretty sure IP bans aren't in effect yet. I am playing from Finland. The problem is however connecting to their servers. You have to try several times. Sometimes you will be stuck on one phase, sometimes on another.

Their service is complete crap is what's happening. They were unprepared to open for beta in December and it seems they're still unprepared to open for beta now.

Retry several times like others have said or wait a day or two until traffic dies down or wait until a more competent publisher picks up the game.
